Strutton Ground, SW1P (II)

A thorough redevelopment of a historic building dating from 1890, located near St James’s Park and Westminster Abbey. Our holistic approach encompassed planning, architectural and i nterior design, and construction. We executed extensive structural repairs and preserved the building’s historical integrity. The upper floors were artfully transformed into four high-spec residential units, epitomizing urban sophistication with herringbone flooring, bespoke joinery, custom upholstery, and refined lighting design. This project elegantly marries heritage with contemporary luxury, creating a timeless living experience in the heart of London.
