Paradox Museum London, SW3

The Paradox Museum, located directly opposite the iconic Harrods, spans over 1,500 square meters. Apart from being appointed as the main contractor for the project, we have also taken the lead in coordinating the entire design team, working closely with architects, MEP consultants, planning consultants, structural engineers, and BREEAM consultants. Our team has installed complex systems throughout the museum, including air handling units with heat recovery, a Building Management System (BMS) for comprehensive energy monitoring, and climate control for heating and cooling. Additionally, DALI lighting automation and an access control system were installed, with detailed access monitoring, alongside active fire protection measures such as smoke-activated fire dampers and an emergency voice communication system.  This project exemplifies our commitment to delivering exceptional quality and precision, with completion achieved in July 2024.
